The January meeting will be in the back room at Riverview.

Note from the VP. 2008 should be a good year for EAA145. We have new officers for treasurer and newsletter editor, along with the “old” (your walkers are on the way-editor) Pres and VP to keep members happy. The program for January’s meeting will feature the original “Experimental” aircraft builders. Although it took two of them to make it work, in the end they got it right. Come to the meeting and find out who these experimenters were. All the best in the New Year – Dick

2008 DUES:  EAA145 dues ($25) are due in January for the 2008 year. Anyone not paid by February meeting will be dropped from the rolls and newsletter list unless arrangements are made.

·        Let Bob S. know if you prefer to receive the newsletter by e-mail in place of postal mail.

·        Check the chapter web page for information or send Bill W. items to put on the web.

Last month’s program was an excellent brunch called to order “promptly” at 10:30am in the Riverview hangar. Approximately 75 people attended the brunch and by all reports, a good time had by all. On behalf of the officers of EAA45 and all in attendance, a big THANK YOU to Linda and the Riverview staff for hosting and setting up this brunch.

All members of EAA145 are asked to bring a couple of photos of their projects (completed or being constructed). The bulletin board in the

airport ready room is being updated/renovated and this will be an excellent chance for members to show their accomplishments.
